It is important to us to improve the communities that we live and work within. Eileen Richards Recruitment focus our efforts on education and career enrichment. As a natural extension of our business, we believe in supporting individuals develop their inherent skills to greater outcomes not only in their careers but their lives.
Our corporate social responsibility focus is based within three key areas, employee volunteerism, corporate giving and responsible business practices.

Hope Against Cancer is a local cancer charity. Through the enormous generosity of the people of Leicestershire, Rutland and beyond, Hope Against Cancer has to date raised over £5 million and funded numerous research projects into many cancers including bladder, ovarian, prostate, melanoma, liver, bowel, leukaemia, colorectal and breast cancer together with nursing fellowships relating to patient care. Wooden Spoon is the UK's leading grant-making charity dedicated to helping disadvantaged and disabled children and young people through rugby.
Hope Against Cancer is Leicestershire and Rutland’s local cancer research charity. Hope fund cutting-edge research in and throughout Leicestershire and have made clinical trials available to local people.
Eileen Richards and Duncan Green, managing partner of Pick Everard, are determined to work alongside Hope Against Cancer so that Leicestershire becomes a hub of expertise in cancer research and treatment. To to push the reach of the scheme, Eileen and Duncan have created The Business Club in which every member is asked to commit to raising £1,500 over a two year period that will go directly to Hope Against Cancer. The funds will help the charity fund vital local cancer research, support postgraduates and cancer clinicians pursuing a career in cancer research, and fund the Hope research nurse who cares for patients taking part in clinical trials.

All of the Leicester based charities make a huge difference to our community and play a key part in making our community a better place.
Whilst our business ethos is about CONNECTING others to excellent opportunities, we are passionate about extending this belief into the wider community. And so, we can sincerely say we take great pleasure in helping to raise the profile and support the events that these fabulous local charities organise. Nothing gives us greater pleasure than knowing we have been an integral part in improving someone's life style - so much so that the Eileen Richards team will be hitting the stage later on this year to raise funds for our chosen charities!
