Eileen has been in the recruitment industry for over twenty years and has experience of working across multiple disciplines throughout the UK, including working at MD level within national consultancies.  Spotting a gap within the recruitment market for a uniquely tailored service, Eileen founded ER Recruitment - an authentic and bespoke recruitment consultancy.

Eileen Richards is immensely active within the local business community and has been appointed as Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire, Pro-Chancellor for DMU, Board Director for the East Midlands Chamber and a Co-Chair for Enterprising Women.

As a Vice Chair and Trustee of Hope Against Cancer, Eileen also founded Hopeful Futures, a younger group of professionals raising money and awareness on behalf of Hope. Charity is very much part of Eileen and ER Recruitment's DNA and we take pride in being an advocate for many local charities and causes.

Eileen has been recognised across Leicestershire as a leading woman in business winning both the Niche Business Woman of the year and the Leicester Mercury Business Woman of the Year, Eileen has also been listed for an MBE for the Promotion of Female Entrepreneurship.
