The Company:
ER Recruitment is working exclusively with our client, a reputable financial organisation. As a Mortgage Services Administrator and member of the Mortgage Team you will be enthusiastic, accurate, customer service driven and passionate about building relationships whilst providing a high level of service to internal and external customers at all times.

Role & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Broker Administrator:
  • Assist in the assessment of mortgage applications to ensure all documentation is compliant with business requirements and external regulations
  • Prepare and produce mortgage offers, and maintain continuous reviewal
  • Liaise with Brokers, Solicitors and customers from offer to completion through various forms of communication to ensure they remain informed throughout the process
  • Complete necessary checks including ID, credit reference and fraud prevention
  • Ensure underwriting standards and practices are achieved
  • Review mortgage affordability of prospective customers
  • Record process updates on IT systems and produce documentation to notify appropriate parties of mortgage completion
  • Arrange the timely dispatch of mortgage proceeds to facilitate completion
  • Monitor mortgage arrears and chase where applicable
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks within the business
