Role & Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:
- Processing customer orders and helping customers across multiple platforms.
- To assist on handling customer complaints, returns and credits.
- Produce sales reports and data for meetings.
- Provide administration support to the sales department where necessary.
- Accurately maintain customer records.
- Produce and update sales presentations.
- Utilise Excel and internal CRM for customer orders
- Prioritise workload to meet customer expectations and ensure all deadlines set are met.
About You as the Business Support Administrator:
- Experience in using Excel i.e. pivot tables.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to create presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Build positive relationships with customers effectively.
- Act on behalf of the brand as an ambassador.
