£27,000 - £29,000 p.a.

The Company:
ER Recruitment is proud to be working with our client, a well-known business support organisation based in the East Midlands and recognised on a national scale who are looking for Recruitment Advisors to join their Employment Services department, where you will play a key role in building referral pathways for participants to access delivery programmes to find, enter and sustain work.

Role & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Advisor:
  • Operates with a customer-focused approach, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Acts as the key contact for referral providers, ensuring queries on referrals or on any aspect of partnership working are resolved within 48 hours to adhere to Minimum Service Levels.  
  • Engages with Job Centre Plus  to ensure referral numbers match profile expectations for job starts.  
  • Interacts with community organisations, NHS, Universities and colleges to obtain referral numbers.
  • Promotes and creates an awareness of our products and services including work experience/trial opportunities, self-employment, vocational and accredited training as well as vacancies.  
  • Books and participates in appointments with new customers, makes new customer calls 48 hours prior to start date on a weekly basis and supports advisers to diarise outstanding appointments.  
  • Assists delivery staff with interventions, including in-work support and checks.  
  • Tracks participant progress during and after programme end for management information purposes.  
  • Records all activity with businesses on the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Assists with events, exhibitions and open days as and when required.
