The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, an innovative legal firm who are growing rapidly throughout the UK.
Due to their success they are looking for an Administration Manager with experience in the legal sector to lead their 3 administration colleagues and continue to support their growth.

Role & Responsibilities of the Legal Team Manager:
  • Manage the Consultant Solicitors Administration Team and the requirements of Consultant Solicitors on matters.
  • Ensuring compliance across the firm is adhered to by the Liaison Team and the Consultant Solicitors, including SRA, Lexcel, CQS and other kitemarks.
  • Management of file onboarding and client care functions of the Liaison Team.
  • Dealing with queries regarding legal matters, compliance, AML and other matters.
  • Creating and monitoring reports for SLA’s and key tasks of the Team.
  • Communicate and meet with Consultant Solicitors for continued development.
  • Onboarding of new Consultant Solicitors as we continued to grow the Programme.
  • Reporting to Firm’s Directors on all aspects of the consultancy programme.
  • Business development opportunities e.g. networking events.
  • Marketing such as social media.

About You as the Legal Team Manager:
  • Proven sub-management or management experience in a Law Firm
  • Good working knowledge of Solicitor’s code of conduct
  • Strong organisational and time management as well as high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with the confidence to speak to people at all levels
  • Enthusiasm and proactive nature
