The Company:
ER Recruitment is excited to be partnering exclusively with Juice, a dynamic and innovative design agency based in Leicester. They have been established for 20 years and are an inclusive and diverse team who work together to produce engaging and effective creative for top national and global brands.
They are looking to grow the business with an additional Account Manager to their fantastic team. The successful candidate will bring outstanding client relationship skills, alongside an ability to upsell and cross sell in a fast-paced, exciting and captivating business!
 
Role & Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
  • Work with clients to align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to generate insights and recommendations.

About You as the Account Manager:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally either with an agency or supplier side.
  • Familiarity with creative design processes and terminology.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
